African honey bees
The International Bee Research Association, with support from the United Kingdom's Department for International Development, has produced a simple to read 15-page booklet on The Management of African Honey Bees including the Design of Low Cost Hives. The topics include: how to make top-bar hives, getting started with an apiary, how to attract bees and a section on further reading.
