This programme is aimed at francophone countries in Africa, notably Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cote d'lvoire, Gabon, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Zaire. It is designed for those people working in the communications field, such as development agents, who could benefit from both short and long-term training courses.
