Communication for development
The goal of the Technical Assistance for Development Communications programme developed by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), is to promote the use of communication tools in development activities such as agricultural production, community organization and environmental protection. This programme is aimed at francophone countries in Africa, notably Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cote d'lvoire, Gabon, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Zaire. It is designed for those people working in the communications field, such as development agents, who could benefit from both short and long-term training courses.
