The effects of different Chlor (Cl) doses on Green tiger shrimp (Penaeus semisulcatus) post-larvae
One of the most important subject in species culture and reproduction is the detection of relationship between biological and non-biological factors and their effects on growth and survival. The study was carried out to determine chlor LC50 on Green Tiger shrimp post-larvae. The effects of 0.5, 1, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0, 20.0, and 40.0 ppm chlor doses on 280 shrimp during 24 hours showed that pH variation has attested on post-larvae survival with 0.97 coefficient the normal curve the LC 50 was obtained 2 ppm.
