Genotypic and phenotypic dataset for Grain yield in an indica rice diversity panel

Genotyping and phenotypic dataset for GWAS analysis of Phenomics of Rice Adaptation and Yield (PRAY) project conducted in China, Colombia, India, Phillipines, Senegal from 2011 to 2016. Genotyping matrix contains 208 631 SNPs x 281 accessions of PRAY project. Phenotypic data are data concerning 281 accessions for Grain yield analysis and related traits such as Days to flowering, fertility, Spikelets per panicle, grain weight, Harvest index, Panicles per square meter, Plant height.
