NIRS Database on yam flour for protein, starch & sugar at INRAe, Guadeloupe

This work is based on Yam genotypes cultivated at CIRAD Roujol and INRAe Godet & Duclos between 2016 and 2018. A total of 258 samples were analysed twice in NIRS and twice in laboratory for starch, protein et sugar contents. The total number of spectra is 516 and the total number of data is 1032 (spectra + reference data). This work is an external validation of previous models developed.
