NIRS Database on fresh blended yam for Dry Matter & Starch at IITA, Nigeria
Multilocation yam samples havested in 2020 (16 genotypes, 2 reps and 2 locations)= 64 samples. <br><br> Fresh yam tubers were blended and spectra data was collected. Dry matter and starch analysis was conducted on the scanned samples.
