NIRS Database on raw freeze dried sweetpotato at CIP, Uganda
Sweetpotatoe root samples havested in two locations in Uganda and processed in Namulonge at 11/2019 (60 genotypes). Up to 4 sweetpotatoe roots per genotype were cut longitudinal, sliced, mixed, freeze dried and milled before NIRS scanning.
