ERIS an earth observation window a mexican ground station for reception and distribution of satellite data
In this paper, we report the main functionality of the Mexican ground station for receiving satellite information (ERIS), located in the facilities of the research public center El Colegio de la Frontera Sur, Unidad Chetumal. In this year, after a period of inoperability, 2013-2015, under a new national consortium, the ground station will be fully operating at the end of the year. Thus, details about the satellite imagery reception and data distribution confederation under this new stage are presented.
