Culture and maintenance of isolates of Koleroga noxia on coffee
Black rot pathogen Koleroga noxia collected from three different locations was isolated in axenic culture by basidiospore fall method and also by plating the infected leaf segments and sclerotia on PDA and MEA respectively. K. noxia isolates, I, II and III were maintained for over five year by sub-culturing them once in two months on PDA-thiamine and MEA-thiamine respectively.
