Control of brown-eye-spot: efficacy of Bayleton 25 WP
Bayleton 25 WP afforded effective control of brown eye-spot disease of coffee caused by Cercospora coffeicola. This fungicide induced undesirable side effects on the treated young plants by producing short internoded branches and severe reduction of leaf size. Phytotoxic property of this effective fungicide is a limiting factor for its use in the nursery against brown eye-spot disease
