Marketing
The article analizes that effective marketing of organic food begins with the organisation of farmes. The effectiveness of a group of farmers depends on market opportunities. Farmers, through their respective organisations, can effectively monitor and control the production and marketing or organic food to assure that market opportunities are maintained. Farmers organisations must be formed by farmers based on their felt needs, organisations should not be forced upon them. (MIBA)
